DogShow Pro does NOT organize any shows and does NOT sell any products whatsoever. We only act on behalf of show organizers by providing the below services:
1. Collect registrations for dog shows
2. Publish Show catalogs, Judge Evaluations, Show results online.
3. Receive credit card payments on behalf of show organizers

As a result of the above, we are not responsible for cancellations of shows by the organizers. Additionally, we are not responsible for cancellations of registrations by the dog owners and/or handlers. Final approval of your registrations will be given by the show organizer, we are not responsible and we are not in any way involved in the registrations approval process. Show organizers are solely responsible to provide information about acceptance or cancellation of registrations. For any differences regarding registrations, payments, refunds, show catalogs, shows organization etc. please contact the show organizer directly.

(1) General Information :
1.1 Any dog information posted by users is made available to our clients, kennel clubs and their employees, partners or any third parties they have authorized to access this information. If you want to keep yours or your dog's information private then do not upload it in this website.
1.2 All user personal information, email, stored is kept private and will not be shared with any third parties (except those mentioned in 1.1 ) unless we are obliged to do so by a court order or the police.
1.3 We will not use your personal information for any other purpose except for the services of this website and the need for user authentication and verification.
1.4 We will only contact registered users for subjects related to this website only and never on behalf of any third parties unless we are obliged to do so by a court order or the police.
You may receive newsletters regarding and not restricted to upcoming or current shows, website updates, news and other information we consider related to DogShow Pro.
1.5 Users agree to provide Kennel Clubs associated with DogShow Pro, their employees, partners and any authorized personnel, unrestricted access to all and any information stored in this website.
1.6 Only associated kennel clubs, their employees, partners and any authorized personnel will have access to users' and dogs' information, we cannot be held liable for actions taken by the kennel clubs, their employees or by any third parties.
1.7 We cannot control how your data will be used by the kennel clubs, their employees, partners or any other person they authorize to access this website on their behalf. Therefore, if you feel your privacy might be violated in any way, then DO NOT upload any information in this website.
1.8 We cannot not guarantee 100% availability of this website's services or data, if you need a 100% failsafe system then please use your own service and/or infrastructure.
1.9 We may or may not receive a fee for providing our services.
1.10 We do not process your personal data in any way other than forwarding the required information to the dog show organizers.
1.11 ALL data provided in DogShow Pro may appear in printed or online formats for the purpose of show catalogs and show results. If you do not want your data or your dog's judge evaluations/results published printed or online then please DO NOT use DogShow Pro services.
1.12 If you're registering a dog on behalf of another person, make sure you have their express permission because the owner's and breeder's data may appear printed or online on show catalogs, judge evaluations, show results. We cannot be held liable for publishing personal data if you haven't received permission from the dog owner and/or breeder. 1.13 Your personal information, dog information, show registrations, show catalogs, results, will remain accessible to the show organizers for as long as they are required by law to keep proof of their activities. We will NOT remove/delete information that may affect the integrity and/or cause legal implications to show organizers.

(2) Cookies and privacy :
2.1 We may use cookies solely for improving the website's services and we do not track users or monitor their online behavior.
2.2 Advertisers on this website may use cookies for their own purposes, users and visitors should be aware that we cannot control cookies stored by advertisers or web agencies.
2.3 Google ads may be displayed on this website for which google has its own terms and conditions which you can find in Google's website.

(3) Security:
3.1 We do not guarantee 100% security on the internet, if you feel you wouldn't want your shared information compromised or altered in any way because of any kind of unauthorized access and/or hacking attempt then please do not register or post any kind of information in this website.
3.2 We will never ask for a user's username, password or other sensitive information related to his/her account registered in our website.
3.3 All direct emails coming from us will always include the user's full name.
3.4 Although we do our best to keep data valid and safe we cannot be held responsible for any data loss. This website isn't supposed to be used as a main and/or backup storage place, we cannot be held responsible for any data and/or information loss.
3.5 For reasons important to the website's smooth operation we may need to restore data from our backups and this may cause users to lose information and/or have to re-enter it.
3.6 Clubs using our services must have a backup plan for the case of this site failing to provide proper services.

(4) Information validity:
4.1 Users posting information about their dogs are the only ones to be held responsible for any mistakes, wrong information or anything that may be false or inaccurate. We do not verify submitted information in any way. Interested parties must confirm every information with the user that posted it.
4.2 We do not verify identities of users, though in case we receive reports proving accounts and/or show titles are fake,the offending accounts will be suspended and all their show information will be removed.
4.3 We do not verify or confirm show titles, interested parties must contact dog's owner and confirm all information.
4.4 We provide no warranty, express or implied as to the accuracy of the information provided in this website. Users agree to hold the site owners, operators, administrators or any successor or representative thereof harmless from any claim or liability or damage resulting from the use of information provided for any purpose, personal and/or commercial.
4.5 Information is provided AS IS without ANY warranty.
4.6 To the extent possible, we may communicate with the appropriate kennel clubs to validate dog information and update the information where possible. By using this website, you give us permission to validate your personal information and your dog's information in order to provide a better and accurate service.

(5)Online Payments

5.1 For our online payments mechanism we have signed an agreement with Everypay. Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All Everypay services are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA, MasterCard & American Express. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully.
5.2 Logos of Everypay, Visa, Mastercard and other credit institutions are their property and registered trademarks.
5.3 Permission to enter a dog show is solely provided by the show organizers
5.4 In the event of a show cancellation any payments made for the show will be returned to the dog owners/handlers by the show organizers
5.5 In the event of a prepaid registration cancellation , show organizers will be charged with the Everypay cancellation fees which may vary depending on various factors.
5.6 DogShow Pro at its sole discretion may or may not charge a fee for providing the online payment services
5.7 Every online payment is charged with a commission fee which is deducted from the amount paid by the dog owner/handler that registered for a dog show.
5.8 Show organizers will receive the total amount paid by the registrar minus the fees for our services and the fees for Everypay.
